Prolly’s site is the first page I go to on a daily basis, dishing up an awesome mix of fixed gear, beautiful bikes, FixedGearFreestyle, track, cyclocross, road bikes and anything else even remotely connected to cycling. In all this is the best cycling blog on the web. http://prollyisnotprobably.com/
I’ve had this jacket for about a month, and thought I’d give my initial thoughts on it. The jacket seems to be really well made, with a good cut for riding, especially with the “tail flap”, and the bright fabric means that it’s pretty hard to miss in traffic. The vents on the back mean that even with a bag it’s easy to avoid sweaty back syndrome, and the velcro tags on the sleeves give great adjustability allowing you to get just the right amount of breeze. All in all in the first month of use this has really impressed me, and it’s safe to say I’ll be keeping this as my daily riding jacket.
Some quick snaps around Liverpool St.
I really like pictures of people bike collections and how they store them…
All from the LFGSS Forum.
I’ve made some changes to my bike recently, basically in order to make it a bit more practical. Front and rear mudguards, riser bars and a dirty harry brake lever. These all make it easier to handle in the city, as it’s more upright an controllable. The nasty stem is only temporary until I fit the new one i have lying around. I’ve also replaced the horrible nylon straps on the pedals with new synthetic ones from BrickLaneBikes, which are a lot more durable and don’t compress making it easier to flip the pedal round and put my foot in, which is great, especially at traffic lights!
Don’t know where this from, found it on my desktop… But anyways it exudes radness…
Just thought I’d say how much I enjoy living in London, there is absolutely everything you need here!
